REFUND POLICY

We at SpecialityPharmarx.com offer nothing less than the best, and hence our clients are always satisfied with their order. However, in case of an exception, when an order needs to be canceled, we have listed down the terms and conditions for the same.

You can request a refund if you get the parcel in altered or harmed condition.

RETURN POLICY

As we are not manufacturers, but distributors of the medicines and products, we do not undertake any responsibility of suggesting any medication or product to our clients. Our customers need to go through all the instructions and seek medical confirmation before using any of our medicines and products. We do not take any responsibility for incorrect medication, wrong dose or side effects.

In case, the package delivered is tampered or damaged, then you can request a refund by furnishing adequate proof of the same. Further, in case the shipment received is incomplete or incorrect, then to you can initiate a return, and we will reship the correct products at no additional charges. In case you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 7 days, and if it is found to be unopened and unused, then we will initiate the refund process.

 WITHDRAWAL ORDERS

In case you wish to cancel an order, then you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. However, once the order has been dispatched, then it cannot be canceled.

 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF REFUND?

The process of initiating a refund is very simple. You need to first get in touch with our customer service official via eMail and put up a refund request. You need to furnish the request number along with the reason for the refund. Once all the details have been verified, the amount will be deposited in your account with no further delay. 

The terms and conditions for a refund depending on the shipping option you have selected. In case of Express Shipment, the package can be traced. And so, if your order does not reach you within a fortnight, then you can get in touch with us for the same. In case we are unable to prove that the order has been dispatched, then we will initiate a refund.
