- Never remove the tablet from the blister pack before you need to consume it As pushing the tablet through the foil may damage it, you need to peel the fil from the tablet blister to remove it.
- This is a dissolvable tablet, and so, you need to keep it in your mouth and let it dissolve on its own. We do not recommend chewing or swallowing it as a whole.
- Never touch the tablets with wet or dirty hands. Place the tablet on your tongue and let it dissolve.
- You need to keep repeatedly swallowing till the tablet completely dissolves. Or else, you can also sip some water to help the tablet to dissolve.

You should keep Store Clarinex at room temperature, far from moist, humid, and hot places. Keep away from the reach of children and pets.
Never consume Clarinex in case you suffer from allergies caused by desloratadine or loratadine. Inform your doctor about any prevailing medical conditions related to the kidney,
liver, or heart. Pregnant and lactating mothers need to inform the doctor before consuming this medicine. Lactating mothers should not consume Clarinex as it may be harmful to a nursing baby. This medicine is not suitable for children below the age of 18.
